Hi, I’m Megan. Thank you for visiting my website. I hope your time here offers a bit more clarity about who I am and what the therapeutic process might look like with me.
I do not consider myself a healer—more of a helper, a partner, and a witness to your strength, integrity, and resilience. I believe in a collaborative approach to mental health: meeting you where you are in the present moment, whether you're navigating a time of challenge, uncertainty, or personal growth. Your awareness is the first step in a greater journey—one that I would be honored to walk alongside you on.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting individuals and families through a range of life transitions and mental health challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with parents and families to foster connection, communication, and stability. I also support individuals navigating stress, burnout, loss, or the search for greater meaning and peace.
My therapeutic style is warm, present-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I use a strength-based, collaborative approach—guided by your values, your goals, and your lived experience. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, strength-based, and humanistic principles.
